Course in Cognitive Assessment
Are you an occupational therapist interested in learning more about driving fitness assessments?
In autumn 2026, Mobilitetscenter will offer the course Cognitive Assessment for Evaluating Medical Fitness to Drive
In response to recurring requests from previous participants, one course day will be held on site at Mobilitetscenter. The course day at Mobilitetscenter will take the form of a workshop, providing participants with the opportunity to try out the tests in practice, practise giving instructions, and receive direct feedback.
We hope that this format will contribute to a more in-depth and rewarding course experience.

BOPALIM (Building Opportunities for Participation and Accessibility)
Mobilitetscenter will be represented at an international course in Ghent, Belgium, from 18 to 26 June 2026. The course is organised by BOPALIM (Building Opportunities for Participation and Accessibility), an international initiative focusing on mobility, driving, and transportation in order to promote well-being and inclusion for older adults and persons with disabilities.
The focus of the course is: Fitness to drive – Considerations for Assessment and Interventions in Diverse Contexts
Course Overview – Contextual and health factors impacting medical fitness to drive assessment and intervention across Europe will be explored. The impact of variation in legislation and guidelines will be explored.
