ABOUT MOBILITETSCENTER

Mobilitetscenter was founded in 2002 with the aim of improving mobility for individuals with disabilities. The initiative came from organisations for people with mobility impairments. The centre was developed in collaboration with the Swedish Transport Administration, the Social Insurance Agency, and the Västra Götaland Region over a three-year project period. The Swedish Inheritance Fund financed the project between 2002 and 2005. After the project ended, the centre transitioned to being operated by an economic association formed by disability organisations DHR, Personskadeförbundet RTP, RBU, and Neuro. Today, Mobilitetscenter is a unique entity. Over the years, we have developed extensive expertise in this field and now offer a wide range of services to support safe and independent driving.
